is built into every aspect of all that we do. This quality
is built into our personnel, our processes and the products
and services that we provide. We start out with a clear
understanding of what needs our client’s have
and how we can meet or exceed those needs. We provide
regular communications with our clients that allow us
to predict any changes and the possible impact (positive
or negative) they may have on the project. We provide
a multifaceted testing process that looks not only at
the technical/functional aspects but examines things
from a user and a business perspective as well.
We understand that there are inherent risks in using
open source software as a platform from which to run
mission critical business processes. These issues
include such difficulties as poor documentation, user
support, compatibility issues, and problem resolution.
Our design, development and implementation processes
are designed to mitigate these risks through additional
testing, documentation, experience and support. Additional
details of these processes can be found in the project
plan sections found previously in this document.
