DSi follows a structured development and project management process to ensure the highest probability of project success and customer satisfaction. These processes involve both our staff and customers to ensure the greatest degree of understanding throughout the process. This high level outline will be detailed out during the first few weeks of the start of the project. For additional details on our project planning see the section “Phase 1, Planning and Design” under the DSi Project plan. As a general rule we follow the general guidelines for project management as put out by the Project Management Institute (PMI), which allows our projects to be completed on-time and within budget.
