Upon
project start-up we establish the necessary communications
processes by which enable both DSi and the client to
jointly manage the entire development process. This
includes our change management process. We will supply
a change management form that will be used for all changes
form any of the previous documentation, whether it has
an impact on the functionality, budget or delivery time.
These requests are communicated to both parties so as
to understand the impact it has on any aspect of the
project. This provides is with a written record including
who made and authorized the change request. DSi agrees
that we will process all change requests in a timely
fashion.
If a change would affect a system already in place,
we will provide a proof-of-concept server by which
to test the change prior to migrating to a production
server.
