We believe that the individual member of our company
is to be treated with dignity, having the space in
which to discover himself, so he or she is able to
better address the unspoken needs of others.
We believe in servant-leadership, having that part
and parcel of every thought, plan and activity within
DSi.Mi3. This translates in the well-rounded aspect
of each member of DSi and is spread to succeeding
members of our company.
We believe in going past the spoken word to find
inherent and hidden meaning that addresses the real
intent.
We believe that quality is free. Spending time to
consider the smallest detail without missing the opportunity
will prevent redundancy and first-class output.
Abe Lincoln said, “If it takes a week to fell
a tree, I shall take six days to sharpen the axe.”
We wholeheartedly agree. This is a mainstay of DSi/Mi3’s
operations.
We ascribe to humor, enjoyment, integrity and effectiveness
